MEDITATION,MANDALAS & MANTRAS

Here we work with the inner realms again. Through meditation, we come into the calmness of breath and watch while our creative side takes us along a path of enchantment.The story unfolds as we become simply 'observer'.

The mandala, according to Carl Jung,is the psychological expression of the totality of the self. They are usually circular in shape and reflect the' wholeness' of the one creating them. Using the images we have just experienced in meditation, we form our personal mandala.

And finally, mantras, similar to affirmations will come from our processing and will be created into our own 'prayer beads'for future manifesting.

This workshop allows the experiencer to find a clamness in presence through meditating, a look at where they are currently through creating mandalas, and an awareness of where they choose to go using prayer beads and affirmations.

This is a three part workshop.

 Workshop fee is $75 with a materials fee added for beading choices.
